Dare I say it...well, looks like November at the earliest. Most bets are on Spring 2006.

Is Atlantis still in the VAB stacked on her ET and SRBs?

Yes. Rollout is no longer on the schedule according to the latest update today.

Makes sense to de-stack - get the ET sent back to MAF.

Well looks like we need to swap these threads around etc seen as it's not going to be Atlantis next and she's not getting STS-121. What a confusing time for the Shuttles.
