They have a temporary problem with their main site.
In the meantime, it's accessible at

It's back on again on its usual address.

Looks like the site is down again...

It is operational again.

I checked the 9ifly forum and it looks like all threads to Chinese launches have been deleted. Also, spaceflightfans.cn isn't showing anything regarding upcoming launches from China.
-
Any ideas about why that happened? Btw pretty annoying, I used spaceflightfans.cn launch pages as sources for the Wikipedia list of spaceflights.

Yesterday, spaceflightfans.cn had a notice stating that up-to-date launch information had been removed from the site at the request of certain government departments which were not named. That notice was replaced today with the following PSA on the right sidebar:
【站务公告】应有关部门要求,航天爱好者网即日起停止更新,开展为期15日的整改。
Google translate:
"[Station Service Announcement] At the request of relevant departments, the Aerospace Enthusiast Network will stop updating today and carry out a 15-day rectification."
And on the left sidebar:
暂停更新。
Translation: "Updates paused."

Spaceflightfans.cn also having trouble.
That's an absurd, bullying move by the Chinese government that's likely to harm their public support, rather than save them any troubles. Whoever they don't want to know will know anyway, and enthusiasts will be left with mostly worthless propaganda.

Looks like Spaceflightfans.cn stopped publishing the schedule for the Chinese orbital launches and also, the threads about the Chinese launches have disappeared from the 9ifly.cn forum.

Also 9ifly has hidden all Chinese satellite launch threads during this weekend (civilian or not) - this is making predictions of such things much more difficult. I would not be surprised if even things like Shenzhou 12 return isn’t announced or kept low profile…. :-X

A true annoyance, and a slap on the face of enthusiasts, while doing little or nothing to deter those who might have an agenda against the Chinese program, but have far better sources of information than these forums. [thread has returned from NSF purgatory] - but just wanted to express my support and appreciation to those precious few, like GalacticPenguin and Satori, who keep us up to date on this.

Moderator:
Thread has returned from NSF purgatory, after a trim of political posts.
Remember, we do have a space politics sub-forum.

As of now, topics related to Chinese rockets (not launches), the Chinese space station and manned flights, and on lunar and planetary probes are on and active.
In total, on September 3 the 9ifly forum had 143 pages x 30 topics per page = 4290 topics or so.
Currently, the forum has 124 pages x 30 topics per page = 3720 topics or so.
So it's 570 topics less -- even more than the total number of Chinese launches.
A huge loss, of course. I hope the authorities would agree to restore launch topics with attributed official publications, without speculations.

"China will step up efforts to promote a "civilised" internet by strengthening oversight over the likes of news sites and online platforms and encouraging them to promote core socialist values, the state-run Xinhua news agency reported on Tuesday." ......

the Aerospace Enthusiast Network will stop updating today and carry out a 15-day rectification.
It's been more than 15 days now, and no 9ifly thread is back... I hope they will come back one day.
-
spaceflightfans (http://www.spaceflightfans.cn/) is back!
The return will be progressive so expect that it will take a few weeks for news related to the releases to appear little by little.

So is 9ifly gone forever?
-
Pretty much. The mother company is still alive though.
https://cn.spacety.com/
So perhaps they may restart their forum again, however, the people might just go somewhere else. I would use space and astronautics forums of Tieba as an alternative, however, its user base is not very technical and tend to get emotional very quickly, since it is basically the Chinese reddit.

gone with the wind :'(
