Title: NASA management/structure Q&A
Post by: Prober on 06/09/2012 02:54 pm
In many movies etc. it seems that the Vice President of the USA is the top management man of NASA.

Is this in the law or how is the responsibility of NASA been with the various VP’s.  Some seem to take on the role, others don’t.

The VP was the head of the National Space Concil when administrations chose to use the Concil

But he was never "head" of NASA in those cases, just the lead for space policy
