Title: Mars Science Laboratory NSF dinner
Post by: ChrisGebhardt on 11/22/2011 03:36 pm
Hello all -

Well... as you all know, we have a launch coming up on Saturday. ;D

So.... how about we have our traditional NSF dinner/meet-and-greet on Friday, November 25 in the mid- to late-afternoon? We've done these in the past with great success before Space Shuttle launches, but it's time to expand this to unmanned EELVs as well.

If anyone who's coming to watch MSL's launch (including those who might be in the tweetup) would like to meet up, please send me a PM on this site with the following information:

Your real name
The number of people in your group
A telephone number that you can be reached at while in town

All RSVPs for the dinner must be PMed to me by 1700 EST (5pm Eastern) Wednesday, November 23 (today!) so adequate reservations can be made.

I do not have a place or exact time in mind just yet, as those things will be dependent on people's schedules.

Cheers,
Chris
