Nice to see the official STS-132 crew photo (though the patch has still not been released in the NASA web site). Crew photo format seems to have drastically changed since STS-1. My personal view is:

1. Nice to see astronauts making jokes and similing
2. The crew patch could have been centered in the photo
3. Back ground could have contained more objects instead of nothing. (the space station and may be a photo of MRM1)? or even some thing related to Atlantis since this would be its last confirmed mission.

Not totally sure what to say on this one.  It is creative, and I like the touch of Houston, but at the same time it is a little odd seeing them in baseball poses while in their LES
