Title: Orbital Sciences RAPTOR Launch Vehicle

Are there any public sources of information about which describe the Orbital Sciences RAPTOR LV (Wingless Pegasus?)? Specifically interested in orbital performance and types of launch aircraft under consideration etc.

I don't know of any.  I saw a drawing of it a few years ago.  As you say it is a wingless Pegasus, using a pallet air-drop technique, similar to LRALT.  The aircraft of choice would be the C-17, since the C-5 is no longer air-drop qualified.
