What R-7 flight is this? 1500+ somethng?
I think it is the 1743rd launch (based on Jonathan McDowell's list of R-7 launches (http://planet4589.org/space/lvdb/launch/R-7), removing one which didn't actually launch,* and adding six since the last update).
*A Vostok-2M which exploded during fuelling

Progress M-67 Successfully Lifts Off from Baikonur Progress M-67 successfully lifted off from Baikonur launch pad 1 (Gagarin`s) onboard Russian launcher Soyuz-U at 14.57 Moscow time. The cargo vehicle has reached the target orbit and now flies towards the Inernational Space Station. Progress M-67 is due to dock to the ISS at 15:16 Moscow time on July 29.

A mistake in the russian version (http://www.roscosmos.ru/NewsDoSele.asp?NEWSID=6867 (http://www.roscosmos.ru/NewsDoSele.asp?NEWSID=6867)) of this news: "Стыковка ТГК «Прогресс М-02М» с Международной космической станцией запланирована на 15:16 по московскому времени 29 июля с.г."
Not Progress M-02M! Progress M67...

Feeling a little lazy today, can you remind me which radar system this is? Is it Kama?
-
It seems we needn't worry about the ability to keep the high launch rate of Progress and Soyuz now with 6 persons on ISS. At least the rocket operation seems to manage (maybe not surprising since it has performed similar and higher rates in the past).
Perhaps the manufacture of the spacecraft is more worrying.

Progress M-67 was the 1,746th R-7 launch. This total includes all suborbital R-7 launches. It would be the 1,691st (give or take) orbital launch attempt.

OK, so if we count the 1980 Vostok-2M prelaunch failure, Progress M-67 was the 1,692nd orbital launch attempt...
Thank you very much for clarification !
-
If a prelaunch failure counts then an actual launch attempt should count too?
What about the launch failure of Molnija-M 78051676
