Comprehensive System and Design research of scientific and technical problems and the development of proposals on the development of the space capability of Russia, the creation of space means of transportation, in the period until 2025 in the interests of social and economic sphere, science and national security in accordance with the mid-term priorities of social & economical policy under constraints  of the foretasted long-term budgetary resources

CODE  R&D MAGISTRAL' - 2
Contract Price 2 003 000 000 rubles
Contract duration 2009 – 2010.
