Noticed this:-
www.kbkha.ru/userfiles/file/god_otchet/otchet_OSC_KBKhA_2005.doc
Mentions problems with the RD-0214 engine №1208860552 of Proton-K №410-10 on 30th March 2005.
And the RD-0211 engine №5355365421 operated at 51% on Proton-M №535-13. Don't sound good.

Which launch was that? I know the other one was Ekspress AM-2, but I'm not sure about the Proton-M.

Proton-M №535-13 was AMC-23, launched on 29.Dec.2005.
