Their monthly magazine is being translated into English, too:

And now NPO PM is renamed ISS standing for Information Satellites Systems.

The russian site is changed as http://www.iss-reshetnev.ru/ (http://www.iss-reshetnev.ru/) but the english site remains at the address cited above.
