Can some one list all of the ISS parts that will be up in the end?  thanks

We don't know. It's constantly changing.

we can speculate :) .im going to say for sure that u.s. core complete will be achieved for sure which includes the solar array set and truss system a long with the european cloumbus lab and the japanese kibo lab which requires 3 shuttle launches to complete. Hopefully node 3 will not get axed out of the iss because it is needed to give the iss a full crew compliment.also i believe the Cupola will make it to the iss. this is just what i think will make it up for sure but i think in order to get more of the modules up we need to reduce the amount of MPLM flights and make some kind of agreement with russia or someone to build alot of progress craft and supply the station that way and use maybe 1 or 2 MPLM flights to take up really big things a progress or soyuz cant.
