Ekpress satellites are half the size and weight of normal payloads of the ProtonM/BreezeM combo, so it will probably be a fast mission. I think this will be the first such combination flying for the RSA, all previous ones were managed by ILS

"Express-AM33" undergoes UHF tests at NPO PM"
http://www.npopm.com/?cid=news&nid=33
"Reshetnev NPO PM and Thales Alenia Space specialists accomplished UHF electric test works for the "Express-AM33" satellite.
The tests began on November 21 by joint efforts of experts from NPO PM and Thales and now are successfully accomplished. The spacecraft’s systems and its output characteristics have been examined.
As soon as the final electric examinations are done, notes the "EXPRESS-AM" program manager in NPO PM Alexander Dostovalov, the specialists will start preparation works for the satellite to be delivered to the launch site Baikonur. They plan to deliver "Express-AM33" to Baikonur in the beginning of January.
A new spacecraft "Express-AM33" was created in the shortest time. It is equipped with Ku-, C- and L-bands transponders and differs from other "Express-AM" spacecrafts in higher output power and new antennas. The new spacecraft launch mass is 2600 kg, lifetime – 12 years. The satellite mission is to provide communication, TV & radio broadcasting, multimedia and data transmitting, mobile official call service.
The telecom satellite "Express-AM33" is being produced by NPO PM in cooperation with Thales Alenia Space under the State contract with Roskosmos, Information and Communication Ministry and Russian Space Communication Company.
Reshetnev NPO PM is responsible for the satellite building on the whole including its operation systems’ module, payload module construction and L-band devices.
Thales Alenia Space supplies NPO PM with a payload module according to the contract with RSCC.
The "Express-AM" satellites are meant to replenish the national orbital constellation. The modern telecom satellites are characterized by a long lifetime, larger number of transponders and more intensive signal therefore simplifying the system’s ground segment"

I think all Russian carrier rockets are rolled out at 05:00 Moscow time (07:00 CST), a tradition dating back to Vostok 1.
I'm not sure what that is in GMT.

any feed satellite live coverage ?
-
Well, if I'm doing time conversions correctly, this should be coming up very soon, correct?
I'm assuming because its not an ILS launch there's not much live coverage.
