Another shortcut handrail going in, on the opposite side of Nauka and Prichal. Experiment airlock visible too, with the ERA grapple fixture extender still attached.

Also with dramatic lighting :)

Recording some GoPro footage.

Installation now proceeding. Something is floating away (white speckle to the left of Prichal on the first screenshot).

MCC-M complimenting the spacewalkers, because the current shortcut handrail installation task they're just wrapping up was "a big one" and they completed it in "just one hour".

Taking a breather, and going back to the radiator afterwards.

Translating over the airlock's FRGF-to-ERA adapter to avoid going back the (longer) way they came.

PAO keeps saying two gap spanners were installed on ERA, but as can be easily seen in this shot, the left boom doesn't have one. Unsure whether they still plan to install it, they forego it for some reason, or the original plan was always to install just one.

EDIT: Yeah, looks like they'll install it now.

The PAO is strictly following the provided script with mistakes. The timeline on the Russian broadcast calls for it before or after completing the radiator fill task which is long.. They are ahead of timeline so getaheads for that portion of the timeline were started.

Would be nice if she kept an eye on what's happening... she actually sounds pretty bored, if not actually aggravated, by the whole affair, for some reason. She's been stuttering and mispronouncing/misnaming things for 3 hours now  :-X

Anyway, the gap spanner is being extended between the two handrails.

I would rather that it be for things going so very well than the alternative, as has often been the case.

Second gap spanner installed, secured and wire-tied.

Now back to the fluid servicer, working with the valves to complete the coolant filling ops.

Offline eeergo

Looks like valve ops are completed.

Will take about half an hour to integrate the loop. In about 10 minutes they should get confirmation of the circulation working.

Reporting no leaks!

"No issues at all, everything is nominal and stable. On the radiator panels, no signs of leaks or anything like that"

Now opening "as fast as you can" fluid connectors on the panel with the ratchet wrench. Some relocation of gap spanner tethers also happening so that they don't interfere with the manual valves.

Some sci-fi-worthy shots  8)

Integration of the coolant loop has been completed!

Well ahead of the expected timeline and no problems reported, so this should be the (premature, yet happily so) end of the spacewalk.

Reporting the status of the fluid complex in order to start cleaning up the worksite.

1h ahead of the timeline reported.

All checks completed successfully. MLI flaps closed and worksite cleaned up.

Go to move back to the airlock.
