They are ahead of the timeline with this 1st task complete.
To boldly go where no human has gone before !

First restraint now released and in the process of being unscrewed, after tying it to tethers. Very little effort reported as required for release (not a given after 11 years in space).

EDIT: And released. Has a long metal bar that probably is used to keep the folding radiator panels in place. Reporting the restraint looks brand new. On to the second one - and removed as well.

Another restraint being undone now. One last one should remain.

Approaching 1,5 hour in the spacewalk.

All restraints have been removed. Looks like the only two remaining are at the bottom (as seen on the images) of the panel.

Cosmonauts work at the Rassvet module on the Earth-facing side of the station with the Soyuz MS-22 spacecraft seen at the top of the screen. They are currently identifying and releasing launch restraints for the radiator that will be relocated on the next spacewalk on Nov. 25.

Offline eeergo

Opening valves now. Will take about 7 turns on each (1KR-1, 1KR-2, 2KR-1, 2KR-2), better to operate them manually. Both spacewalkers cooperating.

MCC-M looking at a pressure drop in the telemetry. They're seeing it - all four valves opened nominally.

Offline eeergo

Taking some photographs and installing MLI over them. Meanwhile stowing the tethered restraints they've been carrying around. Will also take pictures of the radiator without restraints, and of the airlock.

Translating onto Strela - probably to install the blocker (Task#4).
