I don’t know about you, but in the north it’s time for bright, crimson sunrises and sunsets. For example, such as this cosmic dawn. True, the picture was taken over the northern hemisphere in July last year. It shows noctilucent clouds in the upper atmosphere.

Somewhere in the world, where it is always cold
Bears rub their backs at... the Earth's axis!

Dear friends, I wish everyone a great, winter mood for the coming working week!

Our astronauts NtAnton_Astrey and Petr Dubrov will go out into outer space today to integrate the Prichal module, which docked to the ISS at the end of November.

The live broadcast will begin at 15:00 Moscow time on the Roscosmos website and on social networks. Don't miss this event!

Do you miss the summer? But somewhere, summer looks like this! Can you imagine what the weather is like there in winter?)

The largest island on Earth, #Greenland (the area is 2,166,086 km²), taken from the International @Space_Station in July 2020.

It is designed to prepare for the implementation of promising programs that provide for the exploration of other planets. At the first stage, I moved along the track, turned around, parked and performed other tasks.

It's been a long time since I've shared photos of stars with you! You can look at them all the time, including from the @Space_Station. Here are a couple of shots of the Milky Way from the ISS..

Could you recognize and tell what these clusters are? I'm also interested..

Did you miss Russian cities? #Kaliningrad is the westernmost region of Russia.

It attracts tourists with its history, Prussian heritage and unusual geographical location. Kaliningrad is visited annually by more than a million tourists.

Some math trivia: This city was formerly known as Koenigsberg or Königsberg; its network of (formerly) seven bridges inspired the first proof in graph theory by Euler.

And again the experiment "Constellation LM"! This time - a control run in a spacesuit..

The essence: to develop the skill of controlling a means of movement on the surface without pretensions to a real design, and then it is checked how much it is lost over half a year on Earth and in flight.

#OTD 2 years ago, NASA astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley reached the @Space_Station leg of their Demo-2 mission. They spent the following months helping conduct science aboard the orbiting lab.

2 years ago today, @Astro_Doug & @AstroBehnken launched in capsule Endeavor on SpaceX's first crewed mission, Demo-2. That launch will always hold a special place in my heart as it sparked my love for spaceflight to an unimaginable amount.

Hard to believe it's been 2yrs since Expedition 63's 1st spacewalk! Without a chance to train together, we relied heavily on simulations for our preparation. Seeing that the predicted shot of our @SpaceX Crew Dragon had become reality was a highlight of the photo review for me!
