Looks like some ODS/APAS testing going on in the SSPF.

I don't know why - APAS is being phased out in favour of NDS now.

Another thought, might be used for NDS/APAS adapter.  I know Boeing has decided to make CST-100 with APAS for right now, perhaps they would use one for early missions as well.

But as pointed above, probably ordinance safing.
