The launch of the Obzor-R radar spacecraft, previously scheduled for 2022, has been postponed to 2023. This was announced by the Director General of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin on Tuesday."This year we are launching our first Kondor radar device. In 2023, two more devices, including Obzor-R and another Kondor," Rogozin said during a plenary session as part of the XLVI Academic Readings on cosmonautics in memory of S. P. Korolev (Royal Readings).
