As it currently stands, JRTI may not be needed until January 10th due to how the manifest is currently configured. ASOG can take the job and there's an RTLS mission in the middle.

There's nothing that suggests there's any restriction to launching Falcon 9 with Vulcan next door. It hasn't been an issue with Atlas V, let alone Vulcan.

Yup, heres people standing right near the VIF at SLC-41 watching Starlink 6-22 go off from pad 40 earlier this year. No rocket out at the pad at this time, but should be no problems as seen with Atlas.

We are aiming for 144 launches in 2024 (12 per month). The launch system (pads, recovery, flight hardware) needs to be capable of 13/month so we can play catch up when planned maintenance, debacles and weather inevitably slow us down.

For Vandenberg, there is a long list of upcoming launches on the agenda.

If we look at Pad 40 in Florida, it's kind of limited:

Starlink 6-37 ~ Jan 14
Starlink 6-38 ~ Jan 18
Starlink 6-39 ~ Jan 23
Cygnus NG-20 - Jan 29
PACE - Feb 6
- end -

But I guess there are a lot of Starlink launches on a somewhat hidden SpaceX agenda?

There are plenty of launches upcoming from Florida.  We just don't have exact dates for most of them, and they don't get pad assignments until closer to flight although most of them will end up going from 40.
