And during today's press conference it's confirmed that the launch will be delayed (see below), but no new launch date confirmed yet.

Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency

The launch of the second H3 Launch Vehicle (H3 TF2: Test Flight No.2) which was scheduled on February 15, 2024(JST), has been postponed due to a bad weather forecast.

The new launch date and time will be announced once confirmed.

JAXA has confirmed the launch has been rescheduled to February 17. Launch window remains at 00:22:55 - 04:06:34 UTC.

One of the possible causes is a component coming loose during launch and causing a short.

Another cause is a transistor shorting due to repeated applications of high voltage before launch.
