四象科技完成数千万元新一轮融资

「四象科技」完成数千万元新一轮融资,计划 2023 年上半年发射三颗卫星

Sixiang Technology completed a new round of financing of tens of millions of yuan

“Sixiang Technology” completed a new round of financing of tens of millions of yuan and plans to launch three satellites in the first half of 2023

Through long-term business development and product research and development, Sixiang Technology has gradually found out customers' needs for data and products. In order to better meet the needs of customers, Sixiang Technology decided to launch three satellites, including an optical satellite (meter-level resolution, stereo pair, 100-kilometer radiation width), a thermal infrared satellite, and a synthetic aperture radar ( SAR) satellite. The three satellites have passed the experiment and acceptance, and will be shipped out of the factory by the end of 2022. It is planned to launch in the first half of 2023 by means of one arrow and three stars.

Why did you choose to launch these three types of satellites? Xi Xiaofei told 36Kr that the type and parameters of each satellite have been verified by a large number of businesses, and the model design required for the satellite is deduced through the data requirements of the business, so it has a strong correlation with the front-line business. When designing and demonstrating the three satellites, the user's scenarios and needs are fully considered.

Sixiang Technology is currently engaged in the fields of financial insurance, commercial applications, and large-scale infrastructure security. Such customers have high requirements on the timeliness of products. Whether it is various regional conflicts in the world or natural disasters, they need to obtain relevant data in the first time, provide customers with services in a timely manner, and help customers analyze risks. In order to ensure the stability and continuity of the data, a satellite whose Earth observation is less affected by climatic conditions is necessary. Therefore, the all-weather SAR satellite is the first one identified by Sixiang Technology. With this satellite, Sixiang Technology can continuously obtain relevant data on the ground at night or in cloudy weather. Within 48 hours, in any part of the world, as long as an event occurs, it can ensure that relevant data is obtained. .

For the second satellite, Sixiang Technology chose a wide-format optical satellite. Although current optical satellites can satisfy most applications. However, the scanning bandwidth of existing commercial satellites is relatively narrow, only on the order of ten kilometers to tens of kilometers. The wider the scan bandwidth, the less time a fixed area can be covered. Sixiang Technology adopts the method of splicing small cameras, which reduces the cost and improves the overall bandwidth. So there is this meter-level, 100-kilometer-wide satellite. The reason why this satellite chooses a stereo image pair is also to meet the needs of customers in terms of 3D reconstruction. The existing optical satellite imaging is mainly based on two-dimensional images. Although SAR satellites can obtain three-dimensional information, the processing process is complicated and takes a long time. Sixiang Technology has a lot of experience and technology in 3D construction processing. Whether it is the existing stereo pair data on the market or the self-developed satellite data that will be owned, it can be generalized.

The third satellite, Sixiang Technology focused on the needs of the financial and production fields, and chose the thermal infrared satellite. Traditional visible light satellites are more focused on the inversion of surface information. There are a lot of distractions trying to get through the roof of the factory and see what's inside. However, customers in the financial sector are very sensitive to data such as the start-up status of factories, the vacancy rate of warehouses, and power plants. Sixiang Technology found that in a large warehouse, the heat ratio is different in the two scenarios of being full of goods and not full of goods. The thermal change scenarios such as blast furnaces and power plants will produce different changes with the change of the start-up state. Heat, even the prosperity of the port, the economic activity of the region, etc., must be related to a certain extent, which corresponds to the business capabilities of thermal infrared satellites. And this infrared satellite is very maneuverable. When the satellite transits, within a range of 1000 kilometers, through the maneuverability of the satellite, the observable area is increased from two to three areas to seven to eight areas, which greatly improves the efficiency of earth observation.

Xi Xiaofei said that the three satellites can assist each other and image the same area at an interval of 15 minutes. Within half an hour to forty-five minutes, the activity of the region can be obtained through infrared satellites, the distribution of ground objects can be obtained through optical satellites, and information about metal objects or surface deformation can be obtained through SAR. In this way, the same circle, three methods, and multi-angle imaging effects are achieved.
