MEHR reported a non-orbital speed again. Kind of strange.

TEHRAN, Mar. 08 (MNA) – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Aerospace Force has successfully put the 'Noor-2' Satellite into orbit.
The IRGC Aerospace launched the 'Noor-2' Satellite by the domestically-built launcher Qassed (messenger) on Tuesday morning and placed it into orbit at an altitude of 500 km.
The mission of the satellite is reconnaissance, and it was placed in orbit after 480 seconds at a speed of 6.7 km/s.
'Noor-1', the first military satellite of Iran, was successfully launched and put into orbit by the Qassed carrier in April 2020. It was placed into orbit at an altitude of 425km.

According to the defense correspondent of Tasnim news agency, Sardar Ali Jafarabadi, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, said about the launch of Noor 2 satellite into space: In fact, all the space workers of the country and some knowledge-based companies and universities were involved in its construction.

Noor2 Satellite is an upgrade of Noor1 Satellite, and its observer can measure and collect information for defense and general applications. In addition, this satellite can observe natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes in the largest and with a very wide view from a distance of 500 km.

Noor1 Despite being the first IRGC launch satellite, it is still active after 2 years and has orbited the Earth more than 10,000 times and reached a 350 km orbit and will be active in less than a year. It is also a laboratory satellite.  It was a great space for us and its experiences have been used in the construction of Noor 2 satellite.

Is this the same configuration as the 2020 Qased launch? I know there was talk of replacing the first stage with a solid motor.

Have we determined the overall length of Qased? Based on a diameter of 1.25m, it appears to be around 17m.

When the first stage is replaced by a solid motor,  the rocket is called "Zoljanah". See NSF thread on Zoljanah:

The blurring of the margins of the photo was due to previous experiments that used background mountains to locate missile and UAV bases.
Of course, this time is unreasonable because the coordinates of the Shahroud space center are obvious to everyone. ???
