But I gather then these are Bauman satellites?
Bauman MSTU smallsats went operational for the RoshydrometCubeSat class smallsats (МКА) Khors No. 1 and 2 built by Bauman MSTU with the GAMVEKI instruments by Fedorov Institute of Applied Geophysics (FGBU "IPG") onboard have successfully passed flight testing and have been transferred to the heliogeophysical situation operational monitoring mode in low Earth orbit for the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring (Roshydromet). On February 19, 2024, a meeting was held at Roshydromet about summarizing the flight tests results and the possible use of smallsat measurements for everyday 'space weather' monitoring. Management of Roscosmos, Bauman MSTU, Ferorov Institute, “Planet” National Research Center, and Weather Center made final reports of the Khors No. 1 and 2. smallsats flight testing phase results. The GAMVEKI equipment consists of two devices: GAMVEKI-GM and GAMVEKI-CH. The GAMVEKI-GM device measures the total flux density of protons and electrons using Geiger-Muller counters in four energy ranges, and the GAMVEKI-CH device measures the flux density of protons with energies greater than 600 MeV in three energy intervals.QuoteResults obtained by Bauman MSTU, and the established cooperation of the university with the institutes of Roshydromet showed the correctness of the principles and approaches that we laid down in the UniverSat program: testing new technologies, collecting targeted information, getting recognized by customers and supplementing federal satellite constellations with small devices. We expect to develop the successful experience gained while working with Roshydromet by organizing the universities' work with other Roscosmos customers focused in promising areas.

A new object, 60448, has been cataloged associated with the Jun 2023 Meteor-M launch. It is in the same orbit as the Meteor satellite, well above the rideshare payloads from the launch, and is likely insulation debris that has come off the Meteor-M payload.
