From the government annual (2020/2021) report (pdf attached here):

This is the only geosynchronous satellite mentioned in the "Future Earth Observation and Meteorological Missions" section, page 25, that matches the description of GISAT-2:
Quote
EOS-05: EOS-05 is an agile geo imaging satellite envisaged to provide near real time images of large area of interest at frequent intervals from geostationary orbit. The satellite is primarily meant for near real time imaging (under cloud free conditions) of natural resources and disaster events.

From page 60:
Quote
Future Missions of GSLV planned to be launched in 2021 are GSLV-F10/EOS-03, GSLV-F12/EOS-05, GSLV-F14/NVS-01. These missions are in various stages of realisation.

However, there is no mention of this launch in 2021 in the TOI article Isro aims for 7 more launches from India in 2021, updated March 12 (see attached table).

Given the third stage failure of GSLV Mk II, I expect that this launch will be delayed through the investigation and mitigation.

Whether or not this launch will be the Return To Flight for GSLV MkII, I don't know.

I'm changing the thread title to TBD 2022.

GSLV Mk3 M2 - OneWeb
PSLV C54 - Oceansat
SSLV D2
TV-D1 and TV-D2 CES for Gaganyaan

(Caveat: Unless it's the launch vehicles that are swapped.)

GISAT-2 not listed; NET April 2023:
Perhaps five Indian orbital launches before the end of the Indian fiscal year March 31, 2023:
[YouTube link in the original post]
Oceansat-3: end of November;
The 2nd OneWeb cluster launch: January or February, LVM3 M3;
The 2nd SSLV launch;
GSLV (MkII) NavIC satellite, apparently IRNSS-1J (1st of 5 2nd generation NavIC satellites ordered, which matches the circumstances of 1J);
Perhaps Aditya-L1.

SN, India’s PSLV rocket launches nine satellites in final mission of 2022, November 26:
Like the article title says, the Oceansat-3 launch was the last ISRO orbital launch of 2022.

Not listed here, but that could be because it is a meteorology geo imaging satellite?
List of Indian Earth observing satellites with scheduled launch time period; the list appears to have been updated in October 2022:

Spotted a L40 booster in PSLV C55 launch stream when they were showing PSLV vehicle assembly clips. It's marked F12.

No explicit mention; I deduce that this GSLV MkII launch will follow INSAT-3DS and NISAR.
ISRO Chairman wrapping up. Next GSLV launch is INSAT-3DS. Same rocket with NISAR. Coming months with PSLV, GSLV Mk.III, Gaganyan.
