According to a post on the Chinese 9ifly space forum, this launch will possibly take place on November 24 at 9am local.

That's because this is a Medium Earth Orbit direct insertion mission and the period of the Hohmann Transfer Orbit dictates the mission timeline. Similar launches with GPS (Block IIF), GLONASS and Galileo satellites all took around 3.5+ hours.
