Don't think so, unless it was some secret, unannounced spy sat.
There was a Rockot launch last Sunday (28th), and the next Progress M launch is next Thurs (8th).

According to Starsem the 1700th Soyuz mission was flown today. A Soyuz U lifted a Yantar reccon sattelite to orbit.

Russia has launched a military satellite from Baykonur [on September 2 - anik note] at 0950UTC (according to RIA Novosti). Probably it will get the designation Kosmos 2414 [Kosmos-2415 - anik note]. This is a 11F660 Yantar-1KFT/Kometa for military observation. The last satellite of this series to be launched was Kosmos 2373 that was launched on September 29th, 2000.

A Russian Defense Ministry satellite, with the cover name Kosmos-2415, was launched on Sep 2 from Baykonur into a 197 x 284 km x 64.8 deg orbit. It is believed to be an 11F660 Kometa mapping satellite, and the initial orbit is consistent with this. I expect it will raise its orbit to about 210 x 270 km within one day. The last Kometa mission was in 2000.

I think, that hardly...

Progress consists of three compartments: spherical cargo compartment, conic compartment of refuelling components and cylindrical instrumentation-service compartment

Kometa consists of four compartments: conic shed compartment, spherical descent module, conic instrumentation compartment and conic service compartment
