Would appreciate it if members covered wake up and post sleep activities.

And it's worth noting that it's far more interactive during Flight Days (compared to the countdown), so don't be afraid to join in with screenshots and relevant notes to update the events of the day.

Staff at Mission Control Centre have been handing over from one shift to the next for the last hour or so. Now back to single staff at the consoles.

First shot from Atlantis for a while.

The BBC have a tracker online at the moment: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-13877321

The only problem is that it's not particularly accurate for Atlantis (the ISS looks about right) - comparison with MCC tracker on NASA TV:

NC-2 Burn just completed, 11 seconds duration. Flight Dynamics Officer happy with the result.

Next up is the grappling / unberthing of the OBSS boom, in about an hour's time.

(i) Orbiter arm moving across the payload bay.
(ii) Close to the grapple - grappled at 5.58 Central Time

And they are right on the timeline (note, sometimes crews get ahead slightly, but this is a four person crew, so this is impressive).

Do they sleep all at the same time or they have a shift?
