there is one at 4:06 am local, will be -1.1 on station side, HEavens above has not updated after undocking so Endeavour is not showing up but should be close enough

I thought the debris (what I also thought was ice) showed up at APU start, prior to the elevons moving.
As you said though, probably not an issue if it hasn't been noted.
