I just wanted to make the things that the article is mentioning:
RJD - RCS Jet Driver, the avionics box that controls the RCS jets
Windows 6, 7 and 11 - 6 is the PLT's right-most window, 7 being the right overhead window and 11 is the small circurlar window on the side hatch.

For Atlantis the windows mentioned is 2, 4 and 5. 2 is the CDR's forward left window, 4 being the PLT's forward window and 5 is the PLT's forward right window.

You know, someone did say, but my minds gone blank (I've gone blind from looking over pages of ET info ) - let me ask and I'll get back to you.

Someone's going to know before I find out I reckon, so post an answer if you know.
