Note that the DM-03 for this mission is a custom hybrid series to test the fixes from the previous DM-03: Persei failure, debut DM-03: Orion, to use up stored and soon to expire Sea-Launch DM-SL/DM-SLB stages and test next generation DM-SLU hardware for the Soyuz-5/6/7 programme.
Do we have a list of remaining Sea Launch DM-SL/DM-SLB stages available for conversion?

Anik in his lists showed DM-SL No. 38L and No. 39L as still with Energia.

Bump as the remaining Sea Launch/Land Launch inventory is being converted for Persei and Orion test flights ahead of production modernization and restart. Blok-DM-SLU now uses Persei and Orion as baseline architecture if Sea Launch/Land Launch is ever rebooted post conflict.
