I know Chris was working on the US downselect process for CEV being delayed by six months over the past few days, and I will be working on this with quotes, but for now here is some details.

Very interesting, it seems that the proposed Kliper will be able to land both on airfields while retaining the capability to use parachutes (retracting wings).
Retracting wings looks complicated IMO, I would consider a system that simply separate the cabin from the wings, being an emergency system the craft would be damaged anyway, the most important thing is to save the crew not reuse the craft after an emergency.
