I don't think much of the concept myself. A large HLLV launched hypergolic fuel-fat craft can do the same thing--and provide thrust if nneded.

Just another NEP fantasy.

I do wonder if Asteroids can be pushed with this method using larger objects:

That probably won't work either though. NTR gives you thrust and pretty good Isp both.
