Sapsan remote sensing satellite

During the recent Paris Air Show Roskosmos released information about a new satellite platform called Sapsan designed to carry a remote sensing payload. The platform has a mass of 120 kg and can carry a payload of 100 kg. The maximum resolution is given as 0.9 m. See this RIA Novosti report:
https://ria.ru/20190620/1555718624.html
I understand that no model of the satellite was shown, at least it is not in this list of Roskosmos exhibits for this year's Paris Air Show:

Some more details on Sapsan (including a drawing) are given on the website of Glavkosmos, where it is one in a series of satellite platforms that are offered to customers as "integrated turnkey solutions" (see attachment).

Strangely enough, the manufacturer of the platform is not mentioned on the website, nor was it revealed by Roskosmos at the Paris Air Show. No other information on Sapsan seems to be available online.
"Sapsan" is the Russian word for a "peregrine falcon", but most Russians will associate the word with a high-speed train connecting Moscow with St.-Petersburg.
