December 02 - Kosmos (Glonass-M №59 / Block-56s / S7) - Soyuz-2.1b/Fregat-M (x/112-22) - Plesetsk 43/3

Fregat 112-22

This "Fregat" is ordered, but I do not think it will be used in 2019.

The launch of the Gonets satellites will take place on the Soyuz-2 rocket in 2021.

The launch of the Gonets spacecraft, scheduled for 2021, will be carried out on the Soyuz-2 launch vehicle. Previously, their launch into near-Earth orbit was planned using the Angara rocket. Soyuz-2 launch vehicles are fully adapted to the “Messenger” spacecraft.

NOTAMs have been been released for a launch from Plesetsk on 15 November between 03:00 and 04:00 UTC. There is speculation that this will be another test launch of the Nudol (14A042) anti-satellite system.

A "mini-schedule" for the next Proton launches; also see reply posts in this thread.
And, as always, I seek further corrections or clarifications.

Satellite                              Upper Stage   Date (UTC)      Time (UTC)   Launch Provider   LC
Elektro-L #3                         DM-03             December 24    12:03             Roskosmos             81/24  Success!
Ekspress-80 & Ekspress-103  Briz-M             March 30, 2020                      Roskosmos             200/39?
***

It depends on what DM-03 upper stage will be used: if 3L then 81/24, if 6L then 200/39

I have a correction: if 3L then 81/24, if 6L then 200/39 or 81/24.

DM-03/3L or 6L

3Л, due to problems with 6Л.

EDIT 12/4, 12/20, 12/24

Progress MS-13: launch date updated

During the pre-flight preparation of the Progress MS-13 cargo ship at the Baikonur cosmodrome, RSC Energia specialists identified a remark on the onboard cable. The mismatch was resolved after replacing the cable.
Due to the need for additional checks, the launch of the Progress MS-13 ship was postponed to December 6, 2019, at 12:34 Moscow time.
