The defective bolts were found on two #ProtonM rockets assembled in 2015-2016. One of them was intended to launch two Express satellites this March, the second one is waiting to launch #ExoMars2020 rover this Summer.
The bolts can be replaced on Baikonur without returning the rockets to Moscow. They need about 45 days to fix the problem, so the launch of Express satellites was postponed to the end of May, but the problem won’t affect the Exomars launch.
Khrunichev Center is already investigating the case.

As of this posting, there are three Proton launches reserved for particular payloads in 2020--all provided through Roskosmos.Ekspress-80 and Ekspress-103 on March 30 July 30.Exomars 2020 during this year's Mars window (July 26-August 13) for a Proton from Baikonur.Nauka on November 6.
