First NOTAM is out:

NGA Space Debris notice ...

The NGA Space Debris area is about 2,000km uprange (west) of the earlier NOTAM area, although they do overlap.

EDIT:

Okay, here's a weird one, an NGA Rocket Launching notice for the Indian Ocean. ...

And now the NOTAM and NGA areas really have been combined.

Okay, here's a weird one, an NGA Rocket Launching notice for the Indian Ocean. The times line up with the Space Debris notice that's already out, but adjusted shorter for the days that have a shorter hazard period on the Gulf Rocket Launching notice, so it's pretty clearly for this test flight.
