Final report of Darpa Funded thruster at Plymouth University headed up by Professor Mike McCullough whom left Plymouth University about 7 months ago.

Becker and Bhatt paper appeared before Plymouth tests were concluded. Their design had influence on Darpa experiment:

Read the Dead Thread on IVO Thrusters where this thread differs is thrust claims an the Darpa unit were more in line with other thruster claims. What stood out to me was the 52mN @1W power figure. In my humble world of experiments, these are hardly reasonable numbers without releasing testing data and lack of other experiments with progressive effeciencies as I commented on another Dead Thread.
From the Darpa results, we are low mN thrusts. Charles Buhlers efforts appear to be this progression in efficiency. Will keep a beady eye on it.

Sabine Hossenfelder didn't mince words about quantized inertia in this recent video of hers, "...but I do find it fascinating that something that's so obviously nonsense got so far."
