if possible not to expensive.

While there might not be a great answer to this, I think you first want to read his original article maybe, see the pointers [1,2] at the

The book
Time Travel and Warp Drives: A Scientific Guide to Shortcuts through Time and Space
contains information about the Alcubierre warp drive, especially in Chapter 9.
