F3826/21 - CHINESE AEROSPACE FLIGHT ACTIVITIES WILL TAKE PLACE
FLW RECEIVED FROM CIVIL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION OF CHINA:
DUE TO AEROSPACE FLIGHT ACTIVITIES, THE FLIGHT SAFETY OF THE AIRCRAFT
IN THE FOLLOWING AREA MAY BE AFFECTED:
081822S 0901706E
082306S 0903824E
073011S 0902313E
072526S 0902902E. SFC - UNL, DAILY 0000/0400, 30 DEC 00:00 2021 UNTIL 03 JAN
04:00 2022. CREATED: 17 DEC 06:03 2021
Is this for CZ-3B in December 30 from Xichang?
The last point (072526S 0902902E) seems strange. If it was 073226S 0904602E the area would be aligned with Jiuquan
See figure below

China Aerospace Science and Industry
Quote from: translated by Google

The red flag flutters, the Dapeng exhibition. In order to improve the accuracy of the data, the astronauts of the Second Division of the Second Division of the China Aerospace Science and Industry Academy of Leaping Party Member Commandos have overcome difficulties in the white Gobi at minus 20° and are not afraid of the bitter cold! [Fist] The picture shows the test team members performing related work after checking the installation location of the photoelectric equipment.
That might be last launch from Jiuquan end of this year.

This is strange as these two zones doesn't fit with the time for the closure zone in Indian Ocean released a few days ago, but seems to align with JSLC:

It is estimated that by 2022, my country will have 3 electromagnetic monitoring satellites in orbit. In addition to Zhang Heng 1, it also includes Zhang Heng 1 02 and Macau’s first scientific satellite project. The three satellites operating in orbit will effectively support the scientific exploration of earthquake monitoring and prediction and space weather monitoring and early warning research.

Judging from the SZ-13 date and the copy-and-paste planned launch times, this graphic is very much notional and not to be relied on.

Neither Jiuquan nor Taiyuan launch center. The Eastern edge of the NOTAM corresponds exactly to the Jilantai missile forces test site.
