Cross-post re: HWR UTC mid-day launch:
This source claims that the launch has been “delayed to the night of August 24”. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Seems to originate from spaceflightfans

Plus a previously unknown launch:
NOTAM for a launch from Jiuquan for polar orbit SSO on August 24 before 11:20 UTC (does not seem to correspond to HWR which was planned for a 50° inclination orbital plane) - could indicate reentry of an upper stage.

According to an official post-launch article about the LM-2C launch today, the launch team is staying at Jiuquan for preparing yet another LM-2C/YZ-1S launch, this time with LM-2C s/n Y41 & YZ-1S s/n Y4.

The obvious candidate for the payload is YG-32 Group 02, which is being prepared for launch there according to an official article last week.

【#上海嘉大第一个学生- independently-developed satellite will launch# , is expected to be launched in mid-October】On the morning of September 24, the Shanghai Jiaotong University-Asia Pacific Space Cooperation Organization APSCO SSS-2A satellite expedition ceremony was held in the Aerospace Building of Jiaotong University. SSS-2A satellite is the first satellite of Jiaotong University independently researched and developed by students and leading the payload design. Under the guidance of the instructor, the students iterated the products they designed, from undergraduate to doctoral student, each student successfully developed a PCB board. It will be launched into orbit with my country's Long March 2D rocket at the Taiyuan Launch Center in mid-October 2021
