The same information indicates CZ-3B/YZ-1 as expected and not CZ-3C/YZ-1

The same information indicates CZ-3B/YZ-1 as expected and not CZ-3C/YZ-1

CZ 3B/YZ 1 was the version used for the previous double launches.

This I believe is for the BDS launch after this pair.

http://www.spaceflightfans.cn/event/long-march-3b-yz-1-launch-beidou3-m11-and-m12-navigation-satellite?instance_id=1811 has it now on September, 30.

This might be for the next pair (M13/14) after this launch......because we now get NOTAMs for this one and it's indeed on August 25 (LT)!

Please note this mission lasts about four hours to deploy and the forum will be down around that time confirmation of S/C Sep is expected:

So be aware that NSF may not be back until about 7 AM UTC.

T-0 is apparently at 23:53 UTC (this is a "breakfast launch" so local reports should be plenty  ;)).
Launch code is 07-92.

Let me know if that's good enough to put on the article or if we need more. Saw your "confirmation" tweet, thanks! Also, with the forum downtime later, can you all please tweet any launch images (I know they will come no sooner than four hours time) and tag @nasaspaceflight with them as the news site will stay up and I can add one to the article. And then post them here when the forum returns. Thanks! :)
