According to the NOTAMs launch will rather be at ~00:43 UTC than at 00:30 UTC as indicated by CNES earlier

China-France Ocean satellite is the first satellite developed by the two countries, will be mainly used for marine dynamic environment Monitoring, the first time to achieve synchronous observation of sea breeze and waves. The Chinese side is responsible for providing satellite platforms, sea breeze observation loads and emission measurements, and the French side is responsible for providing ocean wave observation loads and sharing satellite detection data.
