Do we have any updates on the Brazilian or Argentinian Orbital launch programs?

The Vex 5A was supposedly meant to launch in 2016 but I've heard nothing. What's happening with them?

And I know Brazil cancelled its VLS orbital plans to concentrate on the VLM, but I've been able to find very little information about what its plans are and what the timelines for that are either.

Best I've been able to find on either is a thread on this forum from 2015, which is clearly now somewhat obsolete
