Given that the Kuaizhou-11 was labeled as "retired" earlier this year, is there is a possibility that the supposed retirement of the KZ-11 was just disinformation on part of someone at the office of the spaceflight division of CASIC and that the CNSA completed an investigation into why the first launch of the Kuaizhou-11 failed to reach orbit?

Two airspace closures to the south of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center suggest a probable Kuaizhou-1A launch on December 07 at ~01:10 UTC..

The payloads might be some of Xingyun-3 01-06 (行云三号01-06) and Yunyao-1 14-19 (云遥一号14-19).

Any indication of the payload reaching orbit? If so, this would be the first successful Kuaizhou 11 launch.

Xinhua News Agency, Jiuquan, December 7th (Li Guoli, Feng Qingling) At 9:15 on December 7th, the Kuaizhou 11 Yao-2 carrier rocket was successfully launched at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in my country, and the transportation VDES test satellite was successfully launched. It was sent into the predetermined orbit, and the launch mission was a complete success.

The traffic VDES test star is mainly used to carry out the communication test and key technology verification of VDES system and AIS system. This mission is the 23rd flight of the Kuaizhou series of launch vehicles.
The payload should be Jiaotong VDES Shiyan (交通VDES试验星).

Orbital Launch no. 169 of 2022

At about 9:00 on December 7, 2022 Beijing (0100 UTC) ExPace's Kuaizhou-11 Yao-2 carrier rocket was successfully launched at the Jiuquan SLC in China, successfully sending the VDES (Xingyun) satellite the predetermined orbit.
