Both Haisi-2 and Yangwang-1 launched on the CZ-2D from Taiyuan on June 11.  Previously, there were some indications that both satellites would launch on a CZ-2D from Jiuquan on June 20.

Is this launch happening?  And, if so, what is/are the payload(s)?

GF-3-03 is the only remaining known CZ-4C left in 2021 per the NSF Chinese Launch Schedule.

The restricted area is almost the same as on Nov 24 so I think that's another KZ-1A of the seven scheduled before March 2022.

I also think it will be Kuaizhou-1A Y16.

How can you be certain that this launch might be carried out by a Kuaizhou-1A rather than a Kuaizhou-11, even though the Kuaizhou-11 operates from the launch site as the Kuaizhou-1A?

Kuaizhou-11 is delayed to next year.

It might be the ceres-1. The two kuaizhou-1A rockets only left the factory at 1123/25

Base on this article 两枚快舟一号甲运载火箭出发运往酒泉 将择机进行发射, Kuaizhou-1A is moved to Jǐuquán this month, it is impossible to be launched in such short time.
I think this launch might be Gǔshénxīing-1(谷神星一号=Ceres-1) with Jīnzījīng-1 03(金紫荆一号03星).

You have to be more specific as there is both a Kuaizhou-1 version and a Kuaizhou-1A version still available to customers.

The problem is if they have another rocket already on site.

BTW expected air space closure zones within Chinese territory have yet to appear.

The positioning of these 2 zones, plus the one above, seems to rule out this launch being a solid rocket motor based one (those have 1st stage drop zones much closer to JSLC at around 39 degree N latitude). 2 zones would point more towards a CZ-4 series I guess?

It might be CZ-2C with YZ-1S if it is Dec 10.

It is said payload is Huawei's 6G satellite Tiansuan Xingzuo-1 x 6 (天算星座一期的6颗卫星).

Quote
The world's first cloud-native satellite was born. On December 10, the test satellite equipped with the "Sky Computing Constellation" computing platform ran stably in orbit, and the HUAWEI CLOUD "Cloud Edge Integrated" solution was verified in space for the first time. This means that satellites will be able to simultaneously call edge and central cloud resources in space and possess AI capabilities and multi-task processing capabilities, which can maximize efficiency and response speed and help satellites enter the era of smart phones.

After successful verification, HUAWEI CLOUD’s “Cloud Edge Integrated” solution will be deployed in batches in the six satellites of the first phase of the “Sky Computing Constellation” to form a collaborative computing network in space. It is expected to better serve emergency communications, ecological monitoring, and monitoring in the future. Disaster prevention and mitigation and urban construction, etc.
