Since the proposed Bigelow Aerospace BA 2100 space station requires both a super-heavy lift launch vehicle and an 8-meter wide payload fairing for launch, and the SLS Block 2 version will have an 8-meter payload fairing, NASA could award a contract to Bigelow Aerospace to have the BA 2100 launched aboard the SLS Block 2. This is not without precedent because the last Saturn V to be launched lofted the Skylab into orbit.

Yes, it would be unprecedented because Skylab was a modified 3rd stage and not a purpose built station.
