Next time, don't remove the countdown clock one minute before firing.  With the choppy video we have no way of knowing where we are in the count.

Arrghhh! *#^$ webcast window keeps resetting itself back to 'high' bitrate, even though I set it to 'low' repeatedly.

But it looks like the static test fire occured.
