FALCON 9

The next SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral will launch the first Block III GPS satellite on
December 18, at about 9:10am EST if that day. The launch window stretches approx. 24 minutes.
The launch time gets about four minutes earlier each day. Then, a Falcon 9 will launch from pad 39A
with the first Crew Dragon capsule on an uncrewed demonstration mission, DM-1 to the ISS, on mid
to late January TBD. The launch time is in the dark through approx. Jan 21, mid to late afternoon in
late January. The launch window is instantaneous. The launch time gets 22-25 minutes earlier each day.
After that, the next Falcon launch is slated for February TBD.

The Northrop Grumman/NASA team continues its investigation into the off-nominal data observed during the Nov. 7 launch attempt. Once the analysis is complete, a new launch date will be determined. ICON will launch out of Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida.

This http://www.launchphotography.com/Delta_4_Atlas_5_Falcon_9_Launch_Viewing.html now says:

Suspect your earlier text "The launch time is in the dark through approx. Jan 21" is only talking about time of launch and not a NET date of launch.

This suggests five launches of LauncherOne in 2019.

Launched or installed?  That would be a month delay to the Dragon mission if it's the launch date, and I haven't noticed any other mention of it being delayed, even at the NAC HEO meeting a few days ago.
