During the science CRS-8 briefing, Bigelow mentioned that the only LV that can launch the B330 (now and for the foreseeable future) is an Atlas V 552 namely because of its taller fairing. The LEO B330 would be launched in 2020. He also says that if NASA agrees to it, he would like to rent out the BEAM commercially to companies and foreign governments who have already shown interest in using it.
Robert Bigelow: BEAM has been bound up for more than a year awaiting launch. We’re not 100% sure of its behavior once in space.
Here is the Science and Technology CRS-8 press conference which includes Bob Bigelow:

Interesting video inside BA-330... mock-up, that is.Spacious interior, no feel of being in a sardine can.https://www.yahoo.com/news/m/b6edab2b-4524-3989-aeb9-cff22cf73677/ss_go-inside-a-future-space-home.html?nhp=1
ULA and Bigelow to announce new partnership on Monday April 11th 2016:http://www.ulalaunch.com/bigelow-aerospace-and-ula-announcement.aspx
Puts Bigelows' comments about the BEAM "lying around for a year" in a bit more context. As well as his, seemingly frustrated comment about there being only one fairing big enough for the B330 for the...forceable future.
