Epsilon launch fails The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency has failed in its attempt to launch the newly developed Epsilon rocket. The rocket remains on the launch pad at the Uchinoura Space Center in Kagoshima Prefecture, southern Japan, after the scheduled launch time of 1:45 PM on Tuesday.
