I've mapped out the locations of cameras during the flight and the approximate flight path itself.

Prior to Intelsat 708's launch, a mock-up of the LM-3B was put on the launchpad for exercise purposes. Notably, on this mock-up, the paint pattern is different compared to the maiden flight LM-3B.

These pictures were shared on a SS/L-dedicated page on facebook by Alan Krueger, apparently one of the members of the support crew for Intelsat.
